Be-Efficient
Be-Efficient is a Warehouse Management System (WMS) that supports all warehouse processes. We ensure that work can be recorded at the location where it’s performed. For instance, goods are received, stored, and delivered by scanning barcodes. Be-Efficient communicates with peripheral equipment such as scales and measuring devices to prevent retyping of dimensions and weights. Be-Efficient also communicates with various carriers like PostNL, DHL and UPS so that shipping labels are generated when deliveries are made.

The Be-efficient WMS supports all warehouse processes, from logistics to production. With barcode scanning, you work directly in Exact Online and use existing data as a basis. The software works with your hardware and integrates with your warehouse layout. Order picking is supported by smart picking strategies that suit your way of working. These include picking by age, turnover rate or volume. The result is a smooth process in which all staff can work quickly and efficiently.

This is how it works in your warehouse
Be-Efficient offers a wide range of functionalities. The finance, purchasing, and sales departments will continue to work in Exact Online, but a range of applications will be available for the warehouse to enable efficient and effective operations.
Inbound goods
Upon arrival, goods are checked against the order or draft receipt. The WMS then recommends the best next step, for example, straight to BULK, to a PICK location, or first relabelling and repacking. Everything that is scanned is immediately recorded in Exact Online.
Stocking and restocking
Pallets are placed in BULK as close as possible to the corresponding PICK locations. When stock levels in PICK fall below the minimum quantity, the WMS automatically generates replenishment requests. Orders marked as urgent are given priority.
Picking and delivery
Picking lists are generated according to pre-set business rules. Staff can carry out single or multi-order picking and may use picking trolleys with LED guidance for added reliability. Upon delivery, the packing table automatically checks quantities and quality. Dispatch labels, packing slips and transport documents are printed immediately once the delivery has been recorded in Exact Online.
Counting, analytics and production
Cycle counting and annual stock-takes are supported by the stock-taking application in the WMS, in both single-blind and double-blind modes. The analytics application provides insight into open picking lists, stock movements and delivery performance. You can build your own dashboards using the KPI designer.
For production, there are additional apps for picking for production, dispatching from production, time recording and scrap. Stock movements are processed directly in Exact Online, ensuring that the accounts and the shop floor are always in sync.
