Be-Efficient
Be-Efficient is a WMS (Warehouse Management System) that supports all warehouse processes. We ensure that work can be recorded at the location where it’s performed. Goods are received, stored, and delivered by scanning barcodes. Be-Efficient communicates with peripheral equipment such as scales and measuring devices to prevent retyping of dimensions and weights. Be-Efficient also communicates with various carriers like PostNL, DHL and UPS so that shipping labels are generated when deliveries are made.
Direct interaction with Exact Online
Be-Efficient doesn’t work alongside Exact Online but on top of Exact Online. Everything that happens is stored directly in Exact Online and is therefore immediately visible in the office. Goods receipts are immediately visible to the buyer, and a delivery is immediately visible to the salesperson. This also works the other way around. When a sales order is entered in Exact Online, it is immediately visible in Be-Efficient’s pick list generator.
Be-Efficient’s scanning applications will improve quality and efficiency in the warehouse, while simultaneously ensuring that Exact Online remains the beating heart of the organization.

Be-Efficient offers a wide range of functionalities. The finance, purchasing, and sales departments will continue to work in Exact Online, but a range of applications will be available for the warehouse to enable efficient and effective operations.
