Complete coverage of all processes
Be-Efficient covers all processes in the warehouse, for both logistics and production. We deliver mobile barcode scanning applications that help your staff do their job wherever they are in the warehouse. Inbound employees can receive goods at the docking station, reach-truck drivers receive replenishment requests while driving on their reach-trucks, order pickers are supported by picking and delivery applications and production is covered by multiple applications to pick for production, delivery from production and keep track of spent time and administration of waste material.

Our WMS is easy to install and is fast, stable and efficient. It contains basic applications that work out-of-the-box and don’t require customization, applications with customizable business logic and, if you require it, tailor-made applications for which we give a fixed price offer.

Be-Efficient connects to third-party systems and software, such as packaging robots, Kardex Remstar shuttles, weighing equipment, printers, WooCommerce webshops, Shopify webshops, etc…

Predictability and confirmation
Applications must help you not to make mistakes. Errors in the warehouse are costly and annoying. On storing goods, items must be stored on the location they are supposed to be stored. If you deliver an incorrect quantity, you have a disappointed customer. If you pick the correct items but from the wrong location, you get two stock differences in your warehouse. Our WMS applications function as a second pair of eyes. By confirming the correct item, the correct location and the correct quantity with the barcode scanner (in a very predictable scanning sequence) the number of errors will be sharply reduced.
The ERP is the one-and-only truth
Every piece of data generated by the mobile applications of our WMS will be stored in the ERP database. No matter if you are using SAP Business One, Exact Globe or Exact Online, the ERP database is the only place where we are storing the results of the scanning actions. Thereby, a consistent view of your data is ensured.
All functionality is tested automatically
Applications need to be stable. Out of experience, we know that nothing is as stressful as a failing delivery application at-the-moment a two-meter-high and one-meter-wide truck driver wants to leave with his cargo and you are not able to print a CMR. That is why every piece of Be-Efficient functionality is tested over and over again in an automatic test environment. Every time we release a new version of our application suite, literally thousands of tests are run automatically to ensure that all existing functionality remains working.
