Be-Efficient
Be-Efficient is a WMS (Warehouse Management System) that supports all warehouse processes. We ensure that work can be recorded in SAP Business One at the location where the work is done. Goods are received, stored, and delivered with simple barcode scanning operations. Be-Efficient communicates with peripheral equipment such as scales and measuring devices to prevent retyping dimensions and weights. Be-Efficient also communicates with various carriers so that shipping labels are automatically generated when deliveries are made.
Be-Efficient uses the standard SAP data structures and documents
SAP Business One is extremely flexible. Application developers can create their own tables and fields in SAP Business One. This has led to applications that run alongside SAP. However, Be-Efficient uses standard SAP objects for all operations and is fully integrated. When picking in the warehouse, SAP pick lists are used, production orders are based on SAP production documents, and deliveries are stored in the SAP delivery document.
This advantage means that everything Be-Efficient does is subject to the strict requirements that SAP sets for a WMS. This extra level of quality, a second pair of eyes, is therefore built into Be-Efficient.
SAP Business One has a very powerful client for entering and retrieving data. This client is particularly effective in the office environment at the sales, purchasing, and finance departments. The warehouse is much less supported by standard SAP applications, but Be-Efficient is. Our WMS was designed in collaboration with experienced warehouse and production employees. Be-Efficient incorporates the desired and necessary efficiency and quality awareness that logistics and production warehouses strive to achieve.
And as everything is stored in standard SAP Business One documents and data structures, this ERP system remains the beating heart of the organization.
